Reservations
Make your spa reservations at your earliest convenience in order to guarantee the time and date you wish to join us for your treatments. You can contact us by phone at 905-989-0956.
Cancellation Policy
There is no fee when 24 hours is given (48 hours is required for a package). Less then 24 hours is a $15.00 charge and full treatment price is charged with no notice given.
Method of Payment
Cash, Visa, and Interac are accepted for payment. Receipts for massage therapy treatments are available for Insurance purposes. Gift certificates are available for all services or in any denomination.
Arrival Time
First appointment for new treatment, 15 minutes is ppareciates for paperwork or instructions so as tonot cut into your treatment time. For regualr appointments, please be here a few minutes before your treatment time.
Request for Service Providers
You can certainly request for any service providers of your choice. Please be sure to communicate this information when booking your appointment in order to ensure your requests are fullfilled.
